STREAMING WORSHIP SERVICE BELOW:
Are you new to First United Presbyterian Church of Dale City? Have you been worshiping with us for a while and would like to learn more about the church? Are you considering becoming a member, or perhaps becoming an official Friend of the Church?
If so, we warmly invite you to join us for Discover First United on Sunday, September 27, immediately following worship.
Discover First United is a relaxed lunch and orientation designed to introduce you and your family to our worshiping community. There is no obligation to join the church. This is simply an opportunity to learn more, meet some new people, ask questions, and discover ways you might become more connected at First United.
During our time together, we’ll explore a little about the Presbyterian tradition and what we believe, talk about the life and mission of First United, and share some of the many ways our congregation serves God and our community through worship, mission, outreach, study, fellowship, and service.
You’ll also have the opportunity to meet church leaders as well as others who are exploring membership or a deeper connection with First United.
And yes — lunch and childcare are FREE! We know Sundays can be busy, so we also promise to honor your time and have the program finished by 1:00 PM.
Whether you joined us for the first time last Sunday or have been worshiping with us for months, Discover First United is a great next step in getting to know our church family.
