WOMEN’S GROUP


HOLY FITNESS

We meet Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM in the Triple Room and on Zoom.

The goal of the Holy Fitness program  is to help aging adults with moving and maintain an independent life style. The exercises are designed to improve strength, endurance, coordination, and balance. Minimum age for participation is 55.  If you are interested in the program, please contact Fred Menke at fhmenke@verizon.net or the church office.


DINNER WITH FRIENDS

Dinner with Friends meets monthly to enjoy a meal and fellowship either in a restaurant or in someone’s home.
